Hoffmans Courtyard

A very tastefully converted area where history is evident at every glance. The Hoffman court has three parts – the main courtyard garden and the entrance to each building, driveway with parking and a large garden – everything is interconnected. The whole area is 1.5 ha. There is sufficient parking capacity, easy access to public transport and the area is extremely versatile as it can be used year-round and seat up to 1,500 guests. It is used for presentation days, weddings, wedding ceremonies, press conferences, garden parties and barbecues, children’s days, corporate days, presentations, receptions, seminars etc.

Stable – main building

A reconstructed separately lockable former stable. Ideal for presentations, training sessions, receptions, etc. as the area is very adaptable and accessible to cars. The bar with a tap-room has about 100 seats (capacity up to 250 seats), stage, toilets and space are connected with facilities for catering. All rooms can be furnished according to your needs. In the winter the room is heated.

Barn

This relatively “raw” renovated big and tall barn is suitable for
organizing screenings, seminars in the summer, exhibitions, theater performances, concerts, and entertainment programmes. It is accessible to cars and vans. It can also be used as a spare room for wedding ceremonies in case of rainy or otherwise inclement weather. This space is not heated.

Cellar

This space can be used not only as a wine cellar, but also as a tea room or another part of the accompanying program. Located under the barn, the original sandstone and brick are for all to see. The space is not heated, and in summer it is pleasantly refreshing.

Courtyard garden

It is a large paved area in combination with lawn. The yard is suitable for outdoor furniture, installation of platforms, party tents, main and supporting programs, any presentation – it is a major landmark of the area. It includes a garden with gazebo and outdoor pool. The central grassy oval is used for wedding ceremonies. In the evening the yard is lit. In the summer, there is garden furniture and umbrellas.

Large garden

This large grassy area can be used utilized for sporting events, etc. accompanying program. It can also be used as a parking area for 200 cars. The venue can be easily connected to the main courtyard and basic parking.
